Class Descriptions:

Yoga with Kay
Kay's yoga classes are both fun and challenging. She uses an expressive, nurturing approach that meets us where most of us are, which is far from perfect. There is no severity, only encouragement to reach our highest potential. There is a cleanness and simplicity to Kay's playful, offbeat style. We get in there, we take on challenges-but we laugh, we groan, we let our body and mind release on their own terms. The goal is not to achieve a perfect form, but to find the perfect expression of one's own body.

Sunday Yoga Circle with Sarah J. Level: EXPERIENCED  Experience this warm Sunday yoga community!
This class is a perfect fit for those ready to strengthen their practice, expand and grow, in order to develop personal awareness and personal insights. We move forward with a grounding intention, diving inward with breath awareness and moving through challenging sequences designed to move you through physical and mental blockages. This is the necessary, age old preparation for deep meditation.
Classes are considered traditional, with Ashtanga leanings, but with the integrity and structure of a Hatha practice. In order to complete the wholistic effects of a well rounded practice, we are blessed to have live tabla played by Mr. Prasenjit Laha. This intensiifes the qualities of nadum, or primordial sound, and expands our ability to hear- both on the outside and inside. join us for Sunday Yoga Circle and enjoy your Self.
