Today I covered the 9:15 a.m. class for Kristie and had a wonderful time with many sweet students. We danced our hearts out as we focused on the heart chakra. Thanks everyone for attending! I'm looking forward to more Nia fun at the Monday night class.

At NiaMoves, we've long known one of our biggest assets is our teachers. So to recognize and thank them we invite you to participate in our "Faces of NiaMoves" Photo Contest.
