Mommy Pilates is an open class for everyone. Childcare is available at no additional charge. Madonna, the instructor,
is excited to lead you in a flowing Pilates mat workout. This class is suitable for everyone, as options will be given to
modify or intensify. It’s perfect for you if you have stiff joints, weak abdominals, need an emotional uplift or want
to improve your Nia technique. Pilates matwork is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strenghthen,
and balance the body. One of the main focuses in Pilates is correct alignment which as a result creates your optimal posture
as you move, sit, or stand through daily activities. The goal is to create and maintain a structurally fit body without building
