Nia Tots ~ Mommie & Me Class
Offered Fridays at 10:30 am at 508 Pecore as part of the regular class pass. You can also take Nia Tots the
1st Wednesday of each month at 11:30 am at Proctor Plaza with the local moms playgroup.
Nia Tots is an opportunity for your child to experience the joy of movement. Parents are encouraged to participate with
their children. We play with guided and non-guided movement, beats, sounding, and more! Nia Tots is not a
performance based class. Children are welcome and encouraged to participate in a way that feels comfortable to them.
Infants are welcome to participate by dancing with a parent.
