Tips to Succeed in Resolutions

Tips to help you succeed with your fitness resolutions for 2012. 

We invite you to join us in creating resolutions that sustain. Not a quick fix. By making small changes over time, we can achieve the health and fitness goals we set up for ourselves.

  • Choose a Meaningful Fitness Goal.  Why is the goal important to you?  Establish a goal that you are emotionally invested in.
  • Set a Realistic Goal.  Set a goal that is attainable and easily measureable.
  • Write It Down.  Commit to your goal in writing.  Telling a friend is great!
  • Take Action.  Take a first step.  Celebrate your action!
  • Workout Buddy.  Bring a friend for support.  Working out with a friend is fun and can help you achieve your goals.
  • Make New Healthy Friendships. Our vibrant community is a super way to make friends and connect with healthy likeminded folks.
