Beginners are welcome to any class. All Nia classes are
taught in levels 1, 2, and 3, allowing you to adapt the movements to your personal fitness and agility level. We do
offer a Nia for Beginners class with more focus brought to the specific movements, to help beginning students. Please
attend the class that best fits your schedule.
