The Nia Technique
Nia is a low-impact, high cardio aerobics program that blends dance, martial arts and yoga with great music. Every Nia class is a fun experience and a great workout. Nia supports the Pleasure Principle: If it feels good keep doing it, if it hurts, stop! Nia empowers students and teachers to make their own movement choices by offering students a flexible structure they can personally modify to suit their needs. Nia reaches people emotionally, in their hearts, motivating them to get fit and healthy by creating a deep personal desire to explore their potential and love their growth. Fitness, health, well-being, and self-love naturally result from the Nia experience. Beginners are welcome to any Nia class.

Yoga
Yoga tones the body and tunes the mind. Learn to be calm, focus your energies and regain inner peace while improving physical strength. Emphasize awareness and relaxation through supported positions. Classes include: Yoga,
Forrest Yoga, Jivamukti Yoga, Yoga 101Children and Family Yoga.

Mat Pilates
Pilates is a unique system of stabilizing, strengthening, and stretching exercises developed over 90 years ago by Joseph H. Pilates. Pilates mat classes improve overall strength, flexibility, stability, balance, coordination and concentration. More information.

Aero-Latin Dance Fitness
A super-energizing, low-impact Latin aerobic program combined with abdominal work and weight resistance training. Lose weight, shape and tone and detoxify the body! Participants can bring hand weights of no more than one to two pounds for this guaranteed-to-make you sweat workout. More information.

Aikido

What is Aikido? Also called "The Art of Peace", or "Moving Zen", Aikido is a beautiful, exceptionally powerful and effective Japanese martial art, with its roots in Jujitsu and Kenjutsu (body and sword arts). Its movements are flowing, natural and simple, focusing on timing and distance, rather than brute strength and size. More information.

Belly Dance

Learn the expressive art of Egyptian style belly dance! The class covers basic muscle isolations, creative combinations, and exciting veil work. Belly Dance is a great low-impact workout.  More information.

Feldenkrais® Method
The Feldenkrais Method is a tool for self-learning and continuing development. The method teaches, using gentle body movement, how we can improve our capacity to function in ways that are more efficient and comfortable. These interesting, novel, and often amusing movement sequences bring awareness and involvement to the whole self--and the result is improved ability. More information.

Rosen Movement
Rosen Method Movement is a low-impact exercise class. It uses movements from physical therapy set to music. Movements are simple; yet, enable greater body awareness, freer breathing, increased flexibility, and better joint mobility and balance. Accompanying music makes the movements feel even easier and more enjoyable.

The Art of Exotic Dance for Everyday Women
This program is about you finding you. Exotic dance is much more than dancing sexy; it's learning how to reach deep within yourself to find your inner beauty and grace and combine these into sensual movements that only you can express. T-Tapp

T-Tapp is a series of patented, sequential movements designed to put the body in proper functional alignment and restore metabolic function. T-Tapp stands on its own as a complete workout and also enhances the effectiveness of ALL your workouts! Basically, your entire system gets "tuned up" like a finely adjusted machine. ZUMBA
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system featuring aerobic/fitness interval training with fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
