The Nia Technique Nia is a low-impact, high
cardio aerobics program that blends dance, martial arts and yoga with great music. Every Nia class is a fun experience and
a great workout. Nia supports the Pleasure Principle: If it feels good keep doing it, if it hurts, stop! Nia empowers students
and teachers to make their own movement choices by offering students a flexible structure they can personally modify to suit
their needs. Nia reaches people emotionally, in their hearts, motivating them to get fit and healthy by creating a deep personal
desire to explore their potential and love their growth. Fitness, health, well-being, and self-love naturally result from

Aikido What is Aikido? Also
called "The Art of Peace", or "Moving Zen", Aikido is a beautiful, exceptionally powerful and effective
Japanese martial art, with its roots in Jujitsu and Kenjutsu (body and sword arts). Its movements are flowing, natural and

Feldenkrais® Method The
Feldenkrais Method is a tool for self-learning and continuing development. The method teaches, using gentle body movement,

Rosen Movement Rosen Method Movement is
a low-impact exercise class. It uses movements from physical therapy set to music. Movements are simple; yet, enable greater
body awareness, freer breathing, increased flexibility, and better joint mobility and balance. Accompanying music makes the

The Art of Exotic Dance for Everyday Women This program is about you finding you. Exotic dance is much more than dancing sexy; it's learning how to reach
deep within yourself to find your inner beauty and grace and combine these into sensual movements that only you can express.
