Forrest Yoga is about "EMBODYING SPIRIT" and working free from whatever dims or degrades your energy.
We incorporate healing, deep self-awareness in our yoga. Over time, it will teach you how to heal and balance your emotional
body and begin to discern between the voices of conditioning and the voice of your spirit.
Rosanne strives to
teach you how to bring aliveness, using breath, into every cell of the body. This ignites passion for living. The pillars

best for you, particularly with physical or emotional injuries. Learning to work honestly at your edges, you develop effective
tools to deal with fear, struggle, and breakthroughs. This makes it possible for Integrity, self-awareness and playful curiosity
to become part of your daily life.
Forrest Yoga gets you strong and centered by connecting you to your core. It uses
heat, vigorous sequences and deep breathing to sweat out toxins while the long holds in the pose progressions help you flush,
oxygenate and rejuvenate every cell.
