Rosen Movement® Intensives are for anyone interested in learning more about their body’s ability to move and in personal growth.

For five hours a day we will be moving and exploring our range of motion, flexibility, balance and general mobility.

This is a full body work-in!

You will be invited to discover more about yourself in an atmosphere of playfulness, ease, support and great music.    This intensive will give you the opportunity to bring greater awareness to your body, the way it moves and the joy and freedom this movement brings into our lives.  Keep joints healthy, relax tight muscles, and open the breath.

9:30 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
