The Fundamentals of Self Defense for Women will cover the basic techniques in a simple, straightforward way. The objective
is to empower students to take charge of their own safety. Kent will teach students how to maximize their
natural "tools" against attackers.
This course gives students peace of mind knowing they can dramatically
increase their chance of survival against an attack. The course gives students the tools to protect themselves in dangerous
situations.
Even non-athletic students can learn actions that are immediate, swift and decisive.
Practical
applications will be practiced during class.
