Hoop-dance is Sexy,
Playful, and a Fantastic Aerobic Workout! You will explore dancing while hooping, with ample time to master moves. Learn to
hoop on your torso, arms, legs, and off body in elaborate turns and spins. Each move is devoted to increasing awareness in
a different part of the body while working with a specific principle of hoop exercise. Have fun while spinning away a few
extra pounds! Hoops are available at class for you to use. Special weighted hoops are available for sale for home practice.
