Class Descriptions: Yoga with Kay Kay's yoga classes are both
fun and challenging. She uses an expressive, nurturing approach that meets us where most of us are, which is far from perfect.
There is no severity, only encouragement to reach our highest potential. There is a cleanness and simplicity to Kay's
playful, offbeat style. We get in there, we take on challenges-but we laugh, we groan, we let our body and mind release on
their own terms. The goal is not to achieve a perfect form, but to find the perfect expression of one's own body. Yoga
with Vicki Experience a combination of classical and modern Yogic styles to enhance energy flow and self awareness
for transformation in your everyday life and all of the possibilities for each individual. Modification of each asana is presented
with options for softening and/or challenging your level in each class. Vicki's background is traditional Vinyasa, with
an underlying Iyengar foundation and a Western Shakti Yoga twist. Exploration of basic stretching, arm balances, Sun salutations
and Warrior sequences are included in each class. While much emphasis is placed on the breath and the Heart chakra, the overall
goal is to train the mind for meditation to relax into delicious state of conscious awareness. Hatha Flow with
MaryScott (subbing for Jillian) Hatha Flow is a style of yoga that combines breath and movement in a series
of postures that gently heat the body internally. Through alignment and intention, yoga becomes meditation in motion and a
safe way to strengthen the physical body. Gentle Morning Yoga with Kym Energize yourself with
a WAKE-UP class that brings focus to your breath. S T R E T C H your body and challenge your balance. A creative style of
Yoga for fun happy fitness! Yoga 101 with Nicole Yoga 101 is a class for beginning yoga students
or intermediate students who would like a refresher or a relaxed yoga class. You will learn how to do basic yoga asanas (poses)
correctly to avoid injury and learn modifications for your body. All students are welcome with or without prior yoga training.
Hatha Yoga with Tomoko All Levels Hatha Yoga class with a focus on balance between the body,
mind and spirit. The class includes a focus on the physical postures, breathing exercises and mindful awareness. Ansura
Yoga with Molly Anusara style yoga with an emphasis on opening your heart, structural integrity and alignment.
It is open to all levels. Nia Yoga Flow (formerly known as YoNia) with MaryScott Capitalizing
on the energized-but-relaxed feeling that often follows a Nia workout, MaryScott's Nia Yoga Flow combines a
slightly shortened Nia routine with an all-levels Hatha Yoga practice designed to develop fluidity and strength in the spirit
of Nia. The yoga section of YoNia will always include upper body and abdominal work along with balance practice and some long
holds of classic poses. Come discover how Nia and Yoga can flow together to create a stronger and more centered you.
