The FELDENKRAIS Method is a tool for self-learning and continuing development. The method teaches, using gentle body movement, how we can improve our capacity to function in ways that are more efficient and comfortable. These interesting, novel, and often amusing movement sequences bring awareness and involvement to the whole self--and the result is improved ability. In business, this means greater productivity, tighter teamwork, better communication, and the experience of effectiveness and excellence. In the arts, it means greater potential to turn intention into beauty with precision and passion. In any facet of life, it means actually working smarter, not harder, to accomplish whatever makes your life worthwhile.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
During and after class, the experience is different for everyone--this is the genius of the Method. The effects may be dramatic, or may be so subtle that you wonder if anything happened at all. You may feel lighter, more flexible, or more grounded and stable--or something else entirely. You will feel curious and aware of yourself in new and fascinating ways, and will begin to notice improvements and distinctions in daily actions.
