The FELDENKRAIS Method is a tool for self-learning and continuing development. The method teaches, using gentle body
movement, how we can improve our capacity to function in ways that are more efficient and comfortable. These interesting,
novel, and often amusing movement sequences bring awareness and involvement to the whole self--and the result is improved
ability. In business, this means greater productivity, tighter teamwork, better communication, and the experience of effectiveness
and excellence. In the arts, it means greater potential to turn intention into beauty with precision and passion. In any facet
