Join us as we venture far and wide across a musical landscape of diverse moods and genres to explore our inner realms, diving into an ocean of emotion.

This joyful and exhilarating union of dance, visualization, laughter, and free movement moves us through personal exploration into a loving, intimate relationship with body, mind, and source energy. Inviting child-like curiosity and exuberance to lead the way, we unlock our spontaneity as we move beyond old patterns into countless realms of imagination and ascend our joys to unleash movement's healing power!

So, come shimmy out of your shell, RELEASE your Inner Child, and soar on the currents of your spirit! Give yourself permission to PLAY like a child again! DANCE like nobody's watching, LAUGH like you don't care, SING like no one will hear you!

This unique, free-form dance is open to all. No previous movement or dance experience required. Participants are asked for a $10-$15 minimum donation, split between the facilitator and the space.
