Look for improvement in your well-being when you practice Bones for Life®. Instructors and students of Bones for
Life® attribute their improved ability to function, reduction in pain from previous injuries, improved posture and bone
density to their practice of the Bones for Life® processes. This weekly class will cover the basic fundamentals of the
Bones for Life program. We will learn one to three processes each week and concentrate on the processes taught in Bones for
Life® I program. No previous experience is required.
Mats and blankets are provided. All you need to bring is a clean pair of socks to use if we work at the wall. A limited
number of wraps, which are used for many of the processes, will be available. You will be given the dimensions of the wrap
if you would like to purchase your own.
